Shipping policy

Sacred Dunes Integrative Health processes and ships orders in a timely manner once payment has been received and verified. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

At this time, we ship only within the state of Indiana. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Indiana will not be fulfilled.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, destination, and carrier delays outside of our control. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Sacred Dunes Integrative Health is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
